Guns and Cowling

Working on the guns and cowling. The resin guns were nicely cast, but the slots to put these in were two small so much fine filing and sanding were required.

Engine mask removed and cowling masking is put on.

Tamiya tape works well for me. I burnish it down with a toothpick.

The gun barrel slot is too small.

After much sanding the barrel is in place. 

Black undercoat for the cowling. Not that the engine exhaust were removed
 earlier in the build as I thought they would get damaged with all the handling. 

Starting to come together.
