Even More Work Done - Dappling - I am on a Roll

Had some time tonight so I started working on the dapple effect on the parts of the plane that didn't receive the wood effect treatment.
Dappling begins on upper wing surface using Tamiya dark brown.
Working slowly and going over sections a couple of times.
The "brush" used for the dapple effect - a Q-tip.
The final effect completed on the upper wing surface.
Lower wings, rudder, and stabilizes get the dapple treatment as well.
The are spots where the dapple ran onto the fuselage, but that is okay because once the oil paint is dry it will be dappled as well.

The dapple effect from above.
